Hi! My name is Rachel Greene, I am certified as both a Health and Life Coach. I also have a certification through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. (AFAA). I believe that each individual needs to be whole in Mind, Body, and Spirit. A disconnect from these three essentials can negatively impact your career, health, self-esteem, and relationships. I help clients see how they can make the small habit changes that are needed to improve their health and self-worth.
